Annual Meeting Reminder

Dear Gardeners -

A reminder that this year's annual meeting will take place this upcoming Wednesday, March 17th, 7pm - 8:30pm at the Trinity Center for Urban Life (22nd and Spruce Streets). All current plot holders are invited to attend.

Please review the updated agenda. As a reminder, Mark Focht, Executive Director of Fairmount Park, will speak at our meeting and answer questions regarding the pedestrian bridge project slated to begin in 2010.

Attached are the draft 2009 annual meeting minutes, which will be submitted for approval at this year's annual meeting.

Other documents to review include the 2010 Proposed Budget, the 2009 Actual Budget Numbers (as of February 2010), and the draft 2010 steering committee slate (subject to change).

Please try to attend the meeting.

Schuylkill River Park Community Garden

Guest Speaker at SRPCG Annual Meeting

Mark Focht, Executive Director Fairmount Park, will speak at our annual meeting this year. Among other issues, he will cover the pending pedestrian bridge that will connect Schuylkill River Park to the Schuylkill River Trail with construction slated to begin in 2010.

Current plot holders are invited to attend the annual meeting.
